These pendants are made from sterling silver wire and are made to be able to attach charms by starting at the center of the swirl and sliding the charm(s) around. You can hang charms from the center swirl or from the bottom of the leaf or both. It is available in two sizes. The large one is approximately 2 1/4 x 1 1/8 inches. The small one is approximately 1 3/4 x 1 1/8 inches.
